	Well, that is for the average property. You can knock off up to 1.5k for it being a one bedroom flat compared to a two bedroom house and as for central London...well, the Queen lives there, bound to be expensive. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Ah Islington. That's where my friends lived when I went to visit them and it was quite lovely. This post is brilliant.
